In this vital support role, you’ll be the backbone of daily escrow operations—ensuring that documents, deadlines, and customer communications are handled with excellence and accuracy. Your attention to detail, fast-paced thinking, and customer-first attitude will be key in supporting successful closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the escrow team
- Manage documentation and transaction files from opening through closing
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Schedule signings, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain file timelines
- Respond to emails and phone calls with professionalism and timeliness
- Update and manage calendars, tasks, and client communications via Microsoft Outlook
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Proven experience in clerical organization and transactional processing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook tools (calendar management, email handling, tasks)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, fast thinker, and a proactive problem-solver
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A polished and professional customer service demeanor is a must
- Prior experience in an escrow, title, or real estate environment preferred
