- Manage the collection of assets for both digital and print advertisers, delivering exceptional customer service through email and phone/video calls.
- Lead the creation and deployment of advertiser eblasts and newsletter sponsorships.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop content for internal marketing campaigns, including Smart Meetings webinars, marketplace, events, and annual award campaigns.
- Support the sales team by creating asset collection reports and sending timely reminders to clients with missing assets.
- Assist in creating and updating all product specification landing pages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college.
- 2+ years of experience in the communications field is preferred.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in an evolving digital landscape.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work and reside in the US without sponsorship.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, major social media platforms, and task management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Wrike.
