Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily operations of the Health System’s Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment program, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations (including AHCA in Florida and CMS requirements).
• Manage the application approval process for new and recredentialed healthcare providers, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and entered into the system for timely claim release.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on Medicare/Medicaid enrollment matters, addressing issues, maintaining provider files, and supporting audit preparation and resolution of reimbursement concerns.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• Must have experience with government enrollments, and be proficient in PECOS, CMS, and Medicaid/Medicare systems.
• 3+ years of credentialing experience.
