About Us
We are an AI-powered design and manufacturing platform reshaping how jewelry is imagined and brought
to life. By bridging advanced technology with global supply chains, we empower designers and brands to
scale creativity into commercial success.
As we enter our next growth phase, we are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to join our founding
team as Director of Operations & Growth—someone who understands the nuances of SaaS platform scaling,
has a creative industry mindset, and can build and lead the operations function, working closely with cross
functional teams—especially product, marketing, and customer success—to ensure seamless execution of
growth strategies and day-to-day workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the company’s global growth and operations strategy, with full ownership of user
acquisition, engagement, monetization, and lifecycle performance.
Act as the cross-functional orchestrator connecting marketing, product, and customer success, ensuring
that growth objectives are translated into aligned actions and measurable results.
Oversee the design of go-to-market frameworks, growth funnels, onboarding journeys, and customer
lifecycle models to drive sustainable user and revenue growth.
Identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities, including new channels, partnerships, geographic
markets, and creative campaign directions—especially within the fashion and creative industries.
Build and scale the operations function as a strategic growth engine, designing systems, processes, and
team structures that can support rapid iteration and high-velocity experimentation.
Lead high-level analytics integration and decision-making frameworks to ensure business performance
is data-informed at every stage of the user journey.
Act as a key voice in the leadership team, helping shape the company’s business model, brand position,
and long-term strategic direction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in operations, growth, or product strategy roles within SaaS or platform-based
businesses, with a strong track record of driving measurable user and revenue growth.
Proven experience in building and managing high-performing international teams, including hiring,
training, and developing cross-functional talent.
Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational systems and processes that support platform-level
growth and efficiency. Deep understanding of user behavior, especially in creative or consumer-facing digital products (fashion,
design, art tech a plus).
Hands-on experience navigating early-stage to growth-stage transitions, with the ability to adapt
structure and strategy as the company evolves.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; able to move between high-level planning and on-the
ground execution when necessary.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and effective in cross
cultural environments.
Bonus: background in the fashion, design, or luxury tech sectors, or experience working directly with
- creative communities or brand collaborators.
