Help Desk Specialist
Period of Performance | Full-time, Onsite (Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day) + 24/7/365 rotational on-call support |
Minimum Qualifications and Experience | Associate degree in IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience |
Availability for on-call rotational support | Must participate in 24/7/365 rotational on-call (weekly MIS team rotation). |
Knowledge / Skills | End-user support and troubleshooting (hardware/software) |
