Full-time, Onsite (Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day) + 24/7/365 rotational on-call support

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Associate degree in IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 year s experience in help desk or technical support
Knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory management

Availability for on-call rotational support

Must participate in 24/7/365 rotational on-call (weekly MIS team rotation).
Immediate response required (VPN or onsite within 1 hour). Must stay local during on-call.

Knowledge / Skills

End-user support and troubleshooting (hardware/software)
Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange
IT ticketing systems
Remote assistance tools
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Documentation of support activities
