Senior Corporate Systems Architect

The Intersect Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Systems Architect to lead our direct client s technology initiatives and manage our back-office systems. This role requires a deep technical understanding of ERP/GL, HRIS, and Franchise Relationship Management (FRM) systems, as well as expertise in system integrations, cloud infrastructure, and IT General Controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management and a bonus would be knowledge in finance, supply chain, and HR.

Accountabilities/Duties:

Enterprise Architecture & Systems Strategy

  • Design and oversee the architecture of corporate systems, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Lead the development and execution of the enterprise systems roadmap aligning with business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain IT General Controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

System Integrations & Cloud Infrastructure

  • Architect and implement seamless integrations between ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other corporate systems.
  • Optimize and support cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Evaluate and implement API-driven and middleware solutions to enhance data flow and automation.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with ERP, HRIS, and Franchise Management software vendors, ensuring service-level compliance and alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams to ensure technology supports operational goals.
  • Work with Technology leadership to drive cost-effective technology investments and contract negotiations

Technical Leadership & Governance

  • Define and enforce enterprise technology standards and best practices.
  • Conduct system reviews, security assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and ensure that technology systems support their processes effectively.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology management, with a focus on back-office systems such as ERP, HRIS, and FRM. Proven experience in system integrations, cloud infrastructure, and IT General Controls
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of ERP, HRIS, and FRM systems. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration platforms and tools.
  • Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts. Proven ability to drive architectural principles through third party integrators.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of finance, supply chain, and HR processes and systems. Light Project Management skills a plus.
