Job Description:
Our dynamic Business Technology team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver strategic technology implementation initiatives, with a focus on package application and customization solutions.

Role Expectations
  • Develop and manage comprehensive end-to-end project plans, meticulously tracking and reporting on progress.
  • Adept at managing project scope and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues to ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define, secure approval for, and ultimately deliver intended business outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that project milestones are deliverable on time in the most effective manner.
  • Champion strong project governance, aligning with overarching frameworks, and facilitate timely decision-making processes.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Play a key role in supporting the team's adoption and integration of innovative agile delivery methodologies within the BizTech function, working in close partnership with broader business units.

Candidate Expectation
  • Proven experience in managing technology projects, with a significant focus on business technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects that involve the implementation of new customization, data migration, integration, configurations, custom development, workflows, processes, or methodologies across various functions.
  • Deep understanding and proficiency in Project Management principles, methodologies (including agile), techniques, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of technical principles relevant to project management.
  • Familiarity with JIRA systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal management abilities, with a track record of building strong working relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively across multiple business units on complex assignments.
