We are looking for Network Engineers - 100% Remote Roles
Contract Duration: 12+ Months with possibility of conversion to CTH (Contract to Hire)
Travel: 25% to hospital and clinic sites if/when needed.
Work hours 8am – 5pm AZ Time (ideal but flexible).
Pay Rate: Open on W2 - No C2C, H1B, 1099, TN Visa, F1 - CPT or OPT at this time.

Role:
We are looking for a Network Engineer with 10+ years of experience - Cisco Specialist to implement and maintain cutting edge networks within their hospitals and clinics.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Cisco network design and implementations, specifically using Cisco Catalyst platforms (migrating from Cisco Nexus).
Support and optimize enterprise-class Cisco environments, including: Cisco ASR 1000 and ISR 4000 routers, Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers, Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues with a focus on high uptime and reliability.
Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to implement network upgrades and ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards.

Required Qualifications: MUST HAVES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
Proven experience with Cisco networking technologies in a large enterprise or healthcare or large campus environment.
Cisco Shop (ASR 1000, ISR 4k, Wireless Catalyst 9800).
Cisco Switching: Catalyst 9k Platform
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches.
Experience with Cisco Catalyst platforms (migrating from Cisco Nexus).
Deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols and best practices.
Solid understanding of wireless networking, including experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers.
Demonstrated expertise in network design and architecture.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex network issues quickly and effectively.
Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
Familiarity with network automation and scripting is a plus (knowledge (i.e. VBA, Python, Google App Script).
Experience working in a healthcare IT environment.
Palo Alto Firewall experience.
Automation Experience (i.e. Ansible, Python, VBA Scripting)
Project Management experience is a plus (i.e. PMP).
