- Backlog Management: Assign story points and manage/prioritize the backlog.
- Integration Strategy: Ensure the Integration platform adheres to overarching integration strategy and principles.
- Product Vision: Communicate product vision effectively.
- Facilitation: Facilitate demos and report release status.
- Team Evaluation: Evaluate team and team member effectiveness.
- IT Vision Support: Emulate and support all aspects of the IT vision and mission statement.
- Best Practices: Ensure the Integrations platform aligns with best practices, global standards.
- Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, providing GAP analysis for new projects considering existing and next-generation technologies.
- Problem Solving: Solve complex issues, provide root cause analysis and resolution, design and resolve application problems, and follow up in a timely manner with all appropriate customers and IT personnel.
- Change Management: Ensure change control and change management procedures are followed within the program/project.
- Impact Analysis: Study, analyze, and define the impact of business needs on system components and interfaces to maximize benefits and drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Requirements:
- Agile Background: Strong Agile background, with flexibility in adapting to unique Agile methodologies.
- Business Intelligence: Ability to translate business requirements into visual products.
- Jira Experience: Experience with Jira is a plus, but adaptability to different versions or tools is acceptable.
- User Stories: Proficiency in building user stories is crucial.
- Merchandising Experience: Experience in merchandising/commercial retail/industry is important, with an understanding of pricing and promotions.
- Data Governance: Knowledge of data governance concepts, business catalog, data lineage, and experience working with data stewards.
- Documentation: Experience with projects lacking documentation is beneficial.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
