  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment
  • Install software and deploy images based on client needs
  • Perform quality checks and clean equipment before deployment
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
  • Help track and manage IT inventory
  • Assist the team with documentation and process updates
  • Collaborate with internal departments and get to know our awesome clients
  • Learn and grow with access to a lab environment and real-world scenarios

What We’re Looking For
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an IT, Computer Science, or related program
  • Strong interest in hands-on IT support and deployments
  • Familiarity with basic hardware and Windows environments
  • A team player with great communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Previous internship or school project work in IT is a plus
