  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ICSR Lead Engineer

6-12 Months + Contract

Domain Requirement:

Must have recent or prior experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery sector

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Maintenance

Support ongoing O&M stewardship and reporting activities for ICSR systems.

Review business unit procedures for alignment with ICSR Work Practices.

Perform access reviews, periodic verification for ICSE systems, and report cyber KPIs.

Design & Standards Compliance

Apply and support engineering design standards, safety/security criteria, and relevant codes.

Ensure adherence to industry standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

10 15 years of relevant industry experience

Solid understanding of ICS cybersecurity principles

Strong background in Oil & Gas or Refinery operations

Hands-on experience with ICSR systems and cybersecurity frameworks

Excellent stakeholder engagement and risk management capabilities
