Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and updating hardware and software systems.
- Performing backups, security checks, and user support.
- Participating in various IT projects and initiatives, such as CMMC, cloud migration, network optimization, and system automation.
- Documenting and reporting on system performance and issues.
- Testing and debugging software applications and features.
- Integrating and analyzing data from various sources.
- Researching and learning new technologies and frameworks.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript preferred.
