Summary:
The Director, Vendor Mgmt will provide leadership and guidance in support of vendor management related activities for specific channels or departments and will be required to support process improvements for the department, overall. Will directly oversee the work of VM Analysts and/or VM Administrators. - Review and oversight of vendor agreements, vendor due diligence, and vendor-related issues for the vendors used by the area supported.
- Implement process improvements.
- Production of vendor-related reporting to senior and/or executive management.
- Work closely with business leaders to align a strategic vendor network for the assigned business channel and the goals of the enterprise.
- Directly supports the oversight of vendors and conducts vendor oversight activities, as needed.
- Responds to audits and interviews from regulators, as needed.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
