In this role, you will lead and manage critical initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support business objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual headcount planning for ELS which includes creating detailed headcount projections based on business needs and strategic objectives, and presenting the headcount plans to senior management for approval.
  • Manage the quarterly headcount refresh process by running the headcount model and producing supporting analyses to ensure sublinear growth.
  • Refine and maintain ELS headcount model to reflect changes in business conditions and organizational structure.
  • Manage the headcount administration for ELS including accuracy of headcount attributes in the tool, governance of headcount allocation, and troubleshooting issues related to the headcount tool.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline headcount management processes.
