Overview

Our client has retained the services of Talisman Advisory Partners to secure a key addition to their investment team: a Vice President, Infrastructure Credit. Below is an overview of the opportunity.

The Employer

Our client is one of the premier investment firms globally, managing approximately $40 billion in AUM with an exclusive focus on infrastructure and real assets. This role presents an outstanding opportunity for an individual passionate about infrastructure and energy investment.

The firm invests across the following sectors:

  • Energy Transition / Renewables
  • Core+ Infrastructure
  • Transportation
  • Digital Infrastructure

Operating as a high-yield, mid-market credit fund, the firm typically deploys $50–$150 million per deal. Backed by strong fundraising performance and significant dry powder, the team is well-positioned for continued growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Currently hold a Senior Associate or Vice President role within an infrastructure and/or energy private credit fund or a project finance-focused bank
  • Have deep knowledge of the North American infrastructure and energy markets with a demonstrable track record of completed deals
  • Exhibit strong execution capabilities, including advanced financial modeling skills
  • Hold a degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier university
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization

Role Responsibilities

The Vice President will serve as the engine behind deal execution on the investment team. Candidates must demonstrate a successful history of leading and executing debt transactions within the power, energy, infrastructure, utilities, or energy transition sectors.

While initial responsibilities will focus on deal execution, the role will evolve to include origination over time.
