-Job Description.
-The Commercial Card Account Manager works with Product Management, Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Comerica Technology in support of the Commercial Card product.
-Serving as the subject matter expert for card data and analytics, this position will support Revenue Share processing, including the calculation and remittance of Revenue Share payments to customers, as well as manage reimbursement requests and accruals.

Commercial Card Account Manager III
-Position Responsibilities:
-Serve as Liaison to Finance and Product Management
Analyze data used in business functions such as recording and relieving accruals, requesting and posting Mastercard reimbursements, and reviewing vendor expenses.
Support Revenue Share processing, calculation, data integrity checks, and customer payment processing.
Analyze Revenue Share schedules for profitability and recommend restructuring, when appropriate.
Initiate process improvements and utilize automation to improve internal processes and reporting.
Create and maintain documentation and support materials, including work instructions and procedures.
Process Improvement and Projects
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce expenses, and continually improve the ancillary business functions supporting the Commercial Card product.
Participate in meetings with internal partners and vendors.
Document requirements and process flows.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Card data and its use by internal partners.
-Position Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree.
2 years experience or equivalent course work in business management, finance, accounting or technology related field.
2 years experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
2 years experience with applications such as database management, SharePoint, Excel, or business analytics.
Commercial Card Account Manager Contract Position
The Commercial Card Account Manager works with Commercial Card customers and other Commercial Card consultants to support the implementation and optimization of Commercial Card programs. Commercial Card customers, referred to as Program Administrators, are most often treasury and finance professionals. The Program Administrator depends on the Commercial Card Consultant to learn how to utilize Comerica's card product and explore all areas of potential card use for the benefit of their organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Program Administration Support
Work with Sales Officers and customers as required to ensure that the card program parameters indicated on the implementation documentation accurately reflect the business needs of the customer. Respond to requests for support from Sales Officers and other Commercial Card professionals to provide demonstrations and implement services such as data file feed, Smart Data G2, and Enhanced Data. Manage multiple project tasks to complete customer requests such as merchant match analysis, vendor adoption, and requirements gathering to support data integration requests.
Operational Support
Support Contactless Reissue Project by working Transfer of Balances, researching Reject conditions, and reviewing balancing concerns. Manage and execute daily operational tasks to mitigate risk and support the Commercial Card business including: monitoring risk expiration notices and updating Credit Limits. Authenticate, validate, and release customer card order and card funding files. Perform quality assurance reviews for department activity including card account and program level updates. Complete data file feed requests by obtaining customer requirements, applying the necessary configuration, and following up with the customer and vendor. Review Commercial Card programs by monitoring customer payments, identifying delinquent accounts and researching/resolving post exception items. Communicate payment delinquencies to Relationship Managers and corporate customers; escalate trouble accounts to Portfolio Managers and generate reports to identify/escalate potential charge offs to Senior Management. Perform maintenance on Commercial Card programs to ensure billing cycles, product/sub-product assignments are accurate and apply Program Administrator changes. Maintain internal audit and credit policy requirements by obtaining risk renewal affirmations and resolving exceptions. Perform system updates in support of customer requests across a suite of internal and vendor applications. Fulfill time sensitive and critical subpoena requests on behalf of Legal Processing Services.
Technical and Implementational Support
Participate in internal and external projects by interviewing customers, gathering requirements, and engaging appropriate Commercial Card colleagues. Facilitate and/or attend meetings with internal partners, customers, and vendors to define Best Practices, reduce expense and continually improve the delivery or the Commercial Card service. Collaborate with customers to enable the use of Commercial Card solutions such as Smart Data, Data File Feeds, Virtual Card Batch and In Control. Administer and support dedicated Commercial Card Sharepoint Sites. Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Card data and its use by internal and external customers. Assist with updating both best practices and supporting documentation. Perform user acceptance testing and documenting test results.
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma 4 years of experience in financial services 4 years of experience with technology applications such as data base management, internet applications, financial applications, business analytics 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
