Bone Dry Roofing is in search of an Systems Analyst to join our business operations team. We are in growth mode, so the Systems Analyst will play a key role in deploying, configuring , and optimizing Acumatica ERP solutions, supporting the customizations for i360 (Salesforce) along with other software's to meet the needs of our Bone Dry Roofing business.

Onsite Work Location: This is an onsite position located in Indianapolis, Indiana

(This is not a remote opportunity)

Primary Responsibilities

  • As the Systems Analyst, you will work across the organization to deliver technical support, troubleshoot, train, and execute implementations, support and customizations to systems such as Acumatica, i360 (Salesforce) and other software.
  • Work to optimize the backend functions and create customizable and user-friendly dashboards and standard operating procedures to support the implementation and ongoing operations.
  • This will include ensuring the completion of tasks, milestones, and components including, but not limited to, functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, data migration, and project reviews.
  • Work with the CIO and implementation teams to assess the current state of existing systems, business processes, and challenges to factor into solution design and suggested business process improvements
  • Assist in requirements-gathering sessions to map business processes and requirements to technical solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement process improvements by configuring and
  • Troubleshooting core functionality, customizations, and third-party integrations
  • Work with the field implementation team to develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios
  • Assist with data staging, migration to existing systems, and with extract, transform, load (ETL) processes
  • Train end users on how to effectively use system features within the context of their daily jobs
  • Work with end users to identify, define, and create customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Provide support for branch offices, taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and providing resolution
  • Proactively evaluate branch office needs and potential opportunities to drive additional value across the organization
  • Work across multiple time zones and occasionally outside office hours

Qualification & Requirements

  • 2+ years of general experience with modern business applications, middleware, and analytics
  • Solid understanding of business and information technology processes
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced experience in Excel and data modeling skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to express complex technical concepts in business terms

Additional Skills And Competencies

  • 3+ years of advanced experience with modern business applications, middleware, and analytics
  • Experience with 2 or more of the following applications: Acumatica, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, ADP, Zapier
  • Solid experience with JSON, Node.js , APIs, and SQL, and PowerBI
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and tools as needed
  • Ability to work onsite work location: This is an onsite position located in Indianapolis, Indiana (not a remote opportunity)
