Job Description:

The Technology Management team at Pershing defines project life-cycle, delivery and strategy based on customer needs and technology team inputs. The team is responsible for project delivery throughout their life cycle, and works closely with clients and technology groups to continuously to monitor progress, provide status updates and ensure deliverable standards are maintained.

Project manager would need to understand the technology and product landscape of Pershing products and services provided to its clients. Work with internal technology / service teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are well understood and agreed upon. Define project plan, ensure resource availability and allocation. The project manager would be responsible for delivering the project within it s defined scope and budget.

Should have prior large scale technology and business project delivery experience in a matrix environment. Needs to have excellent communications skills and be comfortable in managing multiple projects in an agile environment. Should be a team player and have a problem solving attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third party vendors
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Ensure issues / Risks are raised on-time reviewed and agreed by all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure all project deliverables (internal and external) meet quality expectations
• Develop project plan to track progress
• Develop verification techniques to manage changes in scope schedule and cost
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Comfortable in using project manage tools
• Create and maintain project documentation and updates

Requirements:

• Bachelors / Master degree in computer engineering / applications or business administration with at least 10+ year s experience in relevant technology industry delivering projects in an agile environment.
• Expertise in project management tools like Microsoft Project, HP PPM, Planview, Atlassian JIRA / Confluence, BluePrint, etc.
• Must have experience in common applications like WebEx, Microsoft Teams, MS Office suite. Etc.

Behavioral Skills :

• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
• Certification: NA
