HRIS Analyst (Human Resources Information System Analyst ) with ERP Implementation experience

Richmond, VA (Onsite Work)

A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in system analysis and project implementation.

8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on project implementation.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Strong background in Human Resources.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.

Understanding of HR processes and how they interact with ERP systems.

Database Querying (SQL, Oracle and/or Crystal).

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Familiarity with project management concepts and practices.

Task entry and tracking via Jira.

Experience in Human Resources or related areas.

Proven track record of successfully analyzing and documenting complex HR business processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Experience in creating comprehensive and clear documentation.

Proficiency in business modeling and analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar tools.

Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.

Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications.

Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.

Ability to plan, schedule and conduct meetings, as well as draft agendas and meeting minutes.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and development teams.

Ability to interact and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of Information Technology and Human Resources staff.

Experience in presenting analysis findings and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
