As a test and verification process engineer on our team, you'll have the chance to shape the client's systems by influencing test and verification activities across multiple vehicle, system, and sub-system teams throughout development and mission execution. Your customer will t rus t you to not only build an understanding of the requirements and verification data and develop processes and tools to ensure proper flow and reporting through the Test and Verification lifecycle, but also to evolve legacy processes with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you'll be able to grow your skills by merging spaceflight system knowledge and systems engineering to create solutions to some of the most complex engineering and integration challenges in human spaceflight.

As a Test & Verification (T&V) process engineer, you'll use your knowledge in the areas of requirements and Testing & Verification standards and best practices to interface with multiple teams across offices and with client partners to build your expertise as a technical and process resource for all T & V activities. You will seek out and identify issues and assist with resolution. You will be working at the interface between requirements, engineering, and test and verification teams, and the senior leadership team. You will create the future of human spaceflight!

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience with systems or test engineering
  • Experience with DOORS Next Generation or DOORS classic
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
  • Knowledge of the requirements development and verification process
  • Ability to work collaboratively and resolve issues with multiple customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to drive a technical problem to conclusion and coordinate with senior management
  • Bachelor's degree in a Systems Engineering or Engineering field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
