Key Responsibilities:
Configure AI Models Adjust confidence thresholds and refine triage models for optimal accuracy.
Manage Dialog Configurations Customize bot responses to align with business needs and improve user interactions.
Collaborate with IT & Business Teams Work with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet organizational goals.
Monitor & Optimize Performance Analyze AI accuracy reports and adjust configurations accordingly.
Troubleshoot & Improve AI Responses Identify gaps in automation and refine workflows for better efficiency.
Education : At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required
