Location: Remote (Onsite required for first 2 weeks for onboarding)

Position Summary:

Advent Health is seeking a Healthcare ETL Analyst with strong skills in SQL, ETL processes, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, and Power BI. This role will work in a remote capacity following a 2-week onsite onboarding period.

The ideal candidate brings a background in healthcare data environments, has experience working with large-scale datasets, and ideally holds Epic Caboodle or Clarity certification (a significant plus). Strong knowledge of cloud data tools is desired, but prior cloud experience is not required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as ADF, Informatica, SSIS, etc.

  • Develop data models and integrate large, complex healthcare datasets across systems

  • Optimize data workflows and perform SQL performance tuning in multi-environment ecosystems

  • Leverage Snowflake and Azure tools for scalable data processing and analytics

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to gather requirements and deliver insights

  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, ETL, and Azure Data Factory (ADF)

  • Experience working with Snowflake and Azure-based data tools

  • Proficiency in BI tools, especially Power BI

  • Healthcare industry experience

  • Familiarity with large-scale, complex data environments

  • Strong knowledge of OLAP vs. OLTP database design concepts


Preferred Skills:

  • Epic Caboodle or Clarity Certification (very strong plus)

  • Experience with tools like Toad, Impala, D-Beaver

  • Background in Oracle, SQL Server, or Big Data environments

  • Understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance in healthcare systems
