Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with a strong background in EPIC VBPM and Population Health to join our healthcare analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with healthcare data systems, EMR platforms, and analytics tools with a strong understanding of patient care and value-based care models.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, model, and manage healthcare-related data architecture for analytics and reporting.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements for population health and care coordination.

  • Cleanse and integrate data using ETL tools to support decision-making in healthcare environments.

  • Develop and maintain efficient data models for performance reporting.

  • Create advanced data visualizations and reports using Power BI and related tools.


Required Skills:

< class="" data-start="1365" data-end="1410">Population Health / EPIC Experience:</>
  • Strong experience with Epic Caboodle Received Claims data model

  • Deep understanding of Patient Care, HEDIS, Engagement, Care Coordination, Value-Based Care, and risk-sharing models

  • Expertise in EMR data, claims data, public health databases, and healthcare coding (e.g., ICD)

  • Familiarity or experience with Arcadia Analytics Platform and EPIC EMR Reporting (Power BI)

< class="" data-start="1815" data-end="1841">Technical Skills:</>
  • Expert in Data Modeling, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX for report development

  • Skilled in SQL database management, SQL query development, and SSIS package development

  • Experience with ETL toolsets (e.g., SSIS, Matillion)

  • Knowledge of Data Governance principles and best practices


Additional Notes:

  • Candidates must be willing to convert to a permanent role in the future without the need for sponsorship.

  • Remote position, but candidates should be open to travel once a quarter to Massachusetts and work EST hours.
