Position Overview

Lead ETL / Ab initio Developer

Requirements:

• As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring ETL applications on Databricks platform using PySpark/Python programming languages.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Good hands-on experience in PySpark and/or Python programming is required.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Databricks Platform is recommended. Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform knowledge with experience on core services like EC2, S3, Lambda Functions, etc. is preferred.
• Additionally, prior ETL Development experience using any other ETL tools and Data Warehousing (DW) concepts clarity is also a must have skill.

• Develop and implement data processing solutions using PySpark
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines
• Utilize Databricks Platform for data analysis and processing
• Design and implement ETL processes for data integration
• Contribute to the development of data warehousing solutions
