The Director of Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across our internal agency and client-facing projects. This position will collaborate closely with our Creative, Digital, Sales & Account teams to develop and execute compelling experiential marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be both creative and strategic, possessing strong organizational skills and business acumen.

The Director of Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across our internal agency and client-facing projects. This position will collaborate closely with our Creative, Digital, Sales & Account teams to develop and execute compelling experiential marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be both creative and strategic, possessing strong organizational skills and business acumen.
Client Strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic experiential marketing programs to deliver upon client objectives.
- Spearhead the execution of our most critical projects, guided by the core tenets of our Experiential Playbook (Attract, Engage, Inspire, Measure).
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project delivery, setting clear milestones and expectations.
- Craft persuasive pitch narratives and assemble final presentations with support from our 2D design team.
- Conduct client-facing presentations to articulate our strategic approach, challenges addressed, impact of solutions, and ROI metrics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional time management, communication, delegation, and collaboration skills.
- Oversee the internal marketing strategy, including managing the Social Media Content Creator and elevating Elevation3D's industry image.
- Develop our social media voice, participate in industry events, and seek speaking and/or presentation opportunities to enhance our visibility.
- Lead ongoing marketing initiatives such as website development, thought leadership content development, and the development of marketing/sales resources.
- Define and execute our strategy for tradeshows/events, aligning with our overall brand strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, with a proven track record of strategic leadership and client engagement.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in both agency-side and client-side roles, understanding brand marketing goals and experiential event contributions.
- Strong proficiency in developing purpose-driven experiential solutions that drive measurable results.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing a team and delivering projects on time and within budget.
