Business System Analyst with Order Management | Location: Minneapolis, MN (2 days work from office) |
1st round with Tavant panel
2nd round in-person with LOL
Mandatory Skills:

• Order Management experience in a Custom application development setting
• Technical skill to analyze DB tables and SQL and comfortable working with JSON, XML and APIs
• Drafting required artifacts in this role.

• 8-10 years of strong Web Business System analyst (WBSA) experience in Custom Web application development Order Management.
• Proficient in facilitating and gathering requirements from internal teams and third-party business teams.
• Must write & execute test plan, test cases Functional, integration, end to end and regression, test case execution, defect logging.
• Create process flow, draft User Story with Acceptance Criteria, Create Functional Design Document (FDD), Table Design and, Data Mapping (integration & other)
• Proficient with hands on experience with JSON, XML and API.
• Experience in integrating the Custom web order management application with and back end application like ERP (JDE preferred)
• Hands on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL). Must be comfortable writing medium to complex queries to extract and analyze data.
• Experience in triaging issues and determining root cause and solution.
• Comfortable with effort estimation based on the high level requirements.
• Experience in conducting Demo and User Acceptance Testing with business.
• Experience working with development and QA team (Onsite-Offshore model) to meet the milestones. Must be able collaborate with other BSAs in the team.
• Experience in Agile able to collaborate/ team player, excellent written and oral communication, take ownership and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

• SQL, SOAP/ POSTMAN, Mural, Visio, Excel etc.
• Nice to have experience -
• Expertise in the areas below for Oracle - JD Edwards 9.2.

• Hands on experience with AgGateway XML and Chem eStandards- Version 5.x & 6.x. or equivalent
• Experience in working with UX designer to translate requirements to best in class user experience screens.
• Experience in project management tool like Azure dev-ops
• Work will be done in Hybrid mode, person is expected to be in office for 2 days/ week. This may change depending on organization HR policies and team need.
