Description
This client is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to join the team. This is a long term contract and sits within the ecommerce marketing group. We are seeking a CRM Business Analyst to define data needs for audience segmentation, determine campaign triggers, and validate data for accurate campaign execution. Additionally, this resource will analyze the client's Independent Business Owner/Customer data, identify trends, ensure data integrity, and recommend improvements to the CRM strategy. The North American CRM team develops and implements marketing strategies using automation software for lead generation, sales, and to improve retention, productivity, and loyalty of existing client Independent Business Owners and Customers.
As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be fully dedicated to supporting the North American CRM team and helping to drive our strategy forward. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Acting as a liaison between ANA Marketing, ANA Technology, and the Corporate Data Foundations team.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and requirements related to CRM and Bloomreach implementation.
Identifying data sourcing details including field-level data mappings and transformations required for campaign implementation.
Developing campaign Blueprints that translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Bloomreach.
Profiling new required data for accuracy and usage viability to inform marketing for usage campaigns before handoff to the Data Foundations team for data automation.
Developing CRM scenarios in Bloomreach.
Collaborating with the development team to ensure a clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
Creating and executing data verification test cases to validate that data in Bloomreach matches requirement specifications and is accurate to source data expectations.
Advising on required campaign tagging.

An awareness of the client's business model. Knowledge of sales and marketing plans is a plus.
Proficient in working with and understanding the client's data structures including querying data using SQL within the the client's data lake in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) BigQuery.
Experience with SaaS marketing automation platforms (e.g., Bloomreach) is a plus.
