Job Duties include but are not limited to: Oversee and lead the annual budgeting and planning process, administer and review all financial plans and budgets, monitor progress and changes, and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization's financial status. Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating them into one master budget. Manage organizational cash flow, CAPEX, and forecasting. Implement a robust financial management/reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to, and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements. Establish structured business reporting cadences, such as weekly executive summaries, monthly budget reviews, and quarterly forecasting updates. Optimize financial processes, reporting controls, and policy frameworks, ensuring efficient data consolidation and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Development to align financial planning with broader company goals. Develop and maintain complex financial models needed to support decision making. Prepare accurate monthly financial reporting packages, identifying action items, and effectively framing decisions that need to be made by senior management. Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters at select board of directors and committee meetings Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. Liaising with senior management, heads of departments, and other key leadership. Analyzing past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for management. Collaborate with accounting with financial insights and projections. Leading real-time financial performance monitoring. Escalating any financial issues to management. Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPI's) and objectives. Drive operational improvements, enhancing financial workflows and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Experience and Qualifications: 5-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in Corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking. 3-5 years' experience in a management role Experience in high-growth industrial services, construction or manufacturing company is essential. BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics MBA or Masters in related discipline is preferred CFA, CPA, or CMA a plus Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights to executive leadership. Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic financial decisions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and scale the FP&A function. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Required Skills: Must be extremely organized and have an exceptional eye for detail. Must be fluent in ERP systems and reporting tools. Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and modeling. Salary: $125,000-$150,000 DOE.
