Job Purpose: The Customer Service and Marketing Assistant provides vital in-office support to the Arizona Customer Service team and assists with various marketing tasks to enhance the ROC Title brand. This role focuses on supporting daily operations, creating marketing materials, assisting with event preparations, and helping streamline customer service and marketing efforts to ensure an efficient and organized workflow. Essential Functions: Provide in-office support to the Arizona customer service team. Answer incoming calls to the Customer Service department, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive experience in all interactions. Manage a shared email inbox using Microsoft Outlook and process all inbound and outbound correspondence for customer inquiries. Handle printing, filing, packaging, and organizing marketing and office materials. Assist Sales executives with marketing collateral and design requests. Use tools like Canva or Photoshop to make small edits and create branded materials (experience preferred but not required). Help prepare marketing kits, presentations, and event materials. Support general marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed. Maintain an organized, efficient, and proactive workflow. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Organizational Relationships: Has frequent contact and communicates continuously with visitors, customers, employees, and vendors. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles Experience operating a multi-line phone system, including answering and transferring multiple incoming calls Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Familiarity with creative platforms such as Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or Canva (preferred but not required) Strong working knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems Ability to type at a net rate of 35 wpm using a computer keyboard Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment Clear communication skills and a dependable, self-starting attitude Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines Works well independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with employees, vendors, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner Demonstrates initiative, follow-through, and the ability to work with minimal supervision Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and processes Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic creative skills and a willingness to use platforms like Canva or Photoshop for small edits or branded content (preferred) Physical Demands & Work Environment: The Customer Service & Marketing Assistant must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and sit for various lengths of time.
