We believe in pushing the boundaries of what's possible, from social media to product development. POSITION SUMMARY The internship program at SET is designed for you to get hands-on experience. As a Creative Intern, you'll be an essential part of the Creative Team, helping bring photoshoots to life from start to finish. You'll gain hands-on experience in creative production, working closely with the team to execute all in-house shoots while keeping things organized, efficient, and creatively inspired. If you're detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to dive into the world of fashion and content creation, this role is for you! We are a start-up, so no job is too big or too small for any of our team. This is a paid, part-time, seasonal internship from June - August 2025. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Creative Production Team with all aspects of pre-production and post-production as needed. Keep the photoshoot product closet in top shape-organizing samples, styling pieces, and props to ensure everything is ready for upcoming shoots. Pull and return products for creative/content needs, ensuring items remain organized and undamaged. Assist with the shopping and returns of styling items and props, supporting the creative vision for each shoot. Help coordinate warehouse production pulls when needed. Assist with in-office casting calls, helping prep looks and capturing photos of each look on models. Attend all photoshoots, ensuring smooth execution on set by handling: Product transport, unpacking, and steaming to keep everything shoot-ready. Organizing styling pieces, props, and outfits based on creative direction. Helping models change into their next looks and ensuring styling details are on point. Arranging food and beverages for the team, models, and crew. Supporting the creative team with any additional needs to keep things running seamlessly. Cleaning and packing up post-shoot to ensure a smooth wrap. Assist with capturing BTS content creation while on set and in-office to be used across all of our social platforms. Maintain digital organization of creative assets-uploading, downloading, labeling, and storing files in an easy-to-access manner. Stay proactive, anticipating team needs and stepping in wherever help is needed. Bring a positive, problem-solving mindset to every production day. Handle other duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative and creative environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in the art/creative field is a plus. Able to work part-time in person at our Beverly Hills office Tuesday-Thursday from 9am - 5pm. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, project management skills, and ability to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. Must have a reliable form of transportation. This role may be required to travel approximately 5% of the time.
