Fuss Free AC is looking for a full-time HVAC Dispatcher with Customer Service experience to join the team and our growing company! We Offer: Great pay based on experience; $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Summary: Dispatch, schedule and close out calls while processing service requests, preparing paperwork for escalated calls to ensure full customer satisfaction, using both common and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures within a call center environment.
Job Responsibilites: Maintain scheduled calls on the Dispatch board making sure that all calls are scheduled by appropriate technicians & update customers as needed of technicians ETA. Provide Fast, Friendly, and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers. Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message, and phone. Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages to close out calls for technicians and sales. Modify the job board with the correct numbers of calls to customer service reps can book calls accurately. Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departments. Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments. Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively. Find solutions to problems. Help with projects as needed. Other assigned duties as directed by management.

Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate empathy. Critical Thinking and Problem-solving. Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy. Proficient with computer programs (Office applications) Microsoft Office applications: 5 years’ experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to work Monday through Friday shifts including Saturday’s, if need be. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 5 + years’ experience in a HVAC Customer Service and HVAC Dispatcher environment. Expert knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures regarding HVAC. Type a minimum of 55 WPM (Preferred) Must speak, read, and write properly in English. http://www.fussfreeac.com
