Senior Compensation Analyst

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Senior Compensation Analyst for a contract position in MN(Remote). The opportunity will be three months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Performs the highest level of compensation support through design, analytics, and execution of new and existing pay program(s) and practices.
  • Focus is on providing consultative-level compensation services: designs pay program(s) and practices to meet the organization's needs, creates business processes to bring program(s) and practices into operation, collaboratively completes job evaluations/market pricing, large scale department reorganizations, and equity reviews.
  • Participates in projects and leads large scale project work.
  • Uses advanced Excel skills to perform and present complex compensation data analytics.

Qualifications:
  • Sr. Compensation Analyst
  • Experience developing data models / analysis
  • Preference with healthcare experience, but not required
  • We are in need of an experienced compensation consultant who can also model data effectively.
  • We're developing a new compensation model for ~15,000 employees in a specific segment, and a skillset to be able to model what/if analysis would be helpful.
  • We will plan to post a permanent role, but it will realistically take a while to find a replacement, and there are some key work and deliverables we'll want this resource to help out with.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
