
Senior Compensation Analyst
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Senior Compensation Analyst for a contract position in MN(Remote). The opportunity will be three months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Performs the highest level of compensation support through design, analytics, and execution of new and existing pay program(s) and practices.
- Focus is on providing consultative-level compensation services: designs pay program(s) and practices to meet the organization's needs, creates business processes to bring program(s) and practices into operation, collaboratively completes job evaluations/market pricing, large scale department reorganizations, and equity reviews.
- Participates in projects and leads large scale project work.
- Uses advanced Excel skills to perform and present complex compensation data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Sr. Compensation Analyst
- Experience developing data models / analysis
- Preference with healthcare experience, but not required
- We are in need of an experienced compensation consultant who can also model data effectively.
- We're developing a new compensation model for ~15,000 employees in a specific segment, and a skillset to be able to model what/if analysis would be helpful.
- We will plan to post a permanent role, but it will realistically take a while to find a replacement, and there are some key work and deliverables we'll want this resource to help out with.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
