- Support customer requests by extracting and consolidating relevant data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, or business.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics and statistical programming languages.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI.
- Background in process improvement and operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
