Position Overview:

As our Project Manager, you'll be the driving force that ensures our new restaurants are brought to life on time, on budget, and on brand. You'll work closely with designers, architects, contractors, and internal teams to manage timelines, review invoices, and keep construction and creative elements on track. This is a fast-paces, high-touch role that requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for new restaurant openings
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, designers, and architects
  • Track construction schedules and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage budgets, purchase orders, and review/approve invoicing
  • Ensure design and brand standards are implemented consistently across locations
  • Conduct site visits and travel to project locations as needed
  • Communicate regularly with CEO and leadership to provide updates on progress, risks, and needs
  • Manage project implementations, scheduling, and cost control to meet project goals
  • Complete other assignments as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within hospitality, retail, or restaurant development
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and dependencies
  • Comfort with reviewing architectural plans and design elements
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to job sites
  • Background in architecture, interior design, or construction management
  • Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and restaurant-specific buildouts
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and creating beautiful spaces
