Kforce's client is thrilled to announce an immediate opening for a dynamic and skilled Senior User Technology Specialist. If you're passionate about technology and ready to make a significant impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to backup for our LAN administrator and telecommunications engineer, tackling issues across LAN, WAN, servers, CAD, emergency response systems, and more
* Problem Solver: Analyze and diagnose a variety of technical problems, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently
* System Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend enhancements for computer systems, including mobile terminals, automatic vehicle locators, radio emergency response systems, PCs, LANs, WANs, and telecommunications circuits
* Strategic Analysis: Assess departmental system needs and provide expert recommendations for optimal performance
* System Integration: Assemble, integrate, and test complex computer systems and networks, ensuring seamless functionality
* Project Leadership: Lead technical projects, supervise vendor technicians, and conduct comprehensive technical training sessions
* Inventory Management: Develop and maintain an inventory of computer-related and telecommunications equipment, ensuring everything is up-to-date and functioning perfectly
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity, innovation, and efficiency
* Flexibility: Be prepared to work beyond the standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* LAN Administration: Proficiency in managing and maintaining local area networks
* Analyze and Diagnose Common Issues: Expertise in identifying and resolving common technical problems
* Evaluate Computer Systems: Ability to assess and enhance systems such as mobile computer terminals (MCTs), automatic vehicle locators (AVLs), radio emergency response systems, PCs, LANs, WANs, and telecommunications circuits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
