Remote Recruiter – Strategic Accounts Team Superior Skilled Trades (SST) Full-Time | Remote (Preferred: |Texas-based candidates) Superior Skilled Trades is expanding our Strategic Accounts Team and looking for a resourceful, high-performing recruiter to support key accounts nationwide. This is a fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting role ideal for a true headhunter who thrives in a flexible, metrics-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source, engage, and submit highly skilled candidates for specialized, high-volume client accounts Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding Partner closely with clients and internal teams to understand technical role requirements and hiring goals Leverage ATS/CRM systems to strategically build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates What We're Looking For: 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering roles within construction, manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas Contract recruiting experience is required Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies Texas-based candidates strongly preferred (especially Houston or Austin) Compensation & Benefits: Total compensation: $80,000 – $125,000+ Full benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, and financial wellness resources If you’re ready to make an impact with a team that values adaptability, urgency, and results—we’d love to connect with you.
