Technical Business Analyst - Contact Center ACD/IVR Builds (Nice CXOne Platform)
Responsibilities: -
Gather and document business requirements for ACD/IVR builds.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical solutions.
