
Product Manager - Pulse Demand Forecasting
Location: Southeastern Region, USA (Onsite - 5 days per week)
Description:
The Product Manager will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of demand forecasting and inventory optimization capabilities within a large-scale digital commerce environment. This role involves planning and prioritizing product roadmaps, gathering business requirements, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and guiding the development of new forecasting and replenishment features. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in supply chain planning, and a proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to define capability requirements based on strategic goals
Own and evolve the product roadmap for demand forecasting and replenishment capabilities
Translate business value into actionable product deliverables, balancing technical and operational tradeoffs
Evaluate feature effectiveness and adjust plans based on performance insights
Facilitate stakeholder communications across geographies and functions
Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to sunset
Mentor junior product team members
Operate with high autonomy in a collaborative, agile development environment
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in product management or business systems analysis supporting enterprise supply chain solutions
Strong domain expertise in supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and related technologies
Experience with global product roadmap development and lifecycle planning
Proven track record in delivering scalable demand forecasting or replenishment solutions
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in large organizations
Experience in user story creation, backlog prioritization, and agile execution
Proficient in defining product metrics, goals, and value measurements
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
Desired Skills:
Background in retail, ecommerce, or inventory operations
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product requirements
Familiarity with assortment planning, space planning, or similar supply chain functions
Strong listening skills and ability to communicate across all organizational levels
