Job Title: Cloud Network Engineer

Job Description:

• Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring: Analyze and manage network traffic across cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Monitor network configurations, performance, and security measures to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• DNS Management: Administer and troubleshoot DNS configurations, including DNS resolution issues, routing, and cloud-based DNS services (e.g., Route 53, Cloud DNS, etc.).
• Firewall Configuration & Analysis: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall rules, network access controls, and security groups in cloud environments. Ensure that network traffic flows according to security and compliance standards.
• SSL/TLS Certificate Management: Oversee the management, deployment, and renewal of SSL/TLS certificates for cloud-based services. Work to ensure proper certificate configurations for secure communication across platforms.
• Use tools like Wireshark and other network analyzers to capture and analyze network traffic. Diagnose and resolve network performance issues, including latency, congestion, and misconfigurations.
• Ensure network security protocols are properly implemented across cloud environments. Conduct regular audits and security assessments of network traffic and configurations to identify vulnerabilities.
• Incident Response & Support: Respond to network-related incidents and perform in-depth analysis to identify root causes. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues quickly and minimize downtime.
• Cloud Service Configuration: Assist in configuring and maintaining cloud-based network services, such as VPCs, VPNs, and Load Balancers, with a focus on traffic routing, access control, and network segmentation.

Required Skills

• 3-5 YEARS OF strong hands on experience.
• Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting network configurations in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
