The successful candidate will conduct administrative duties and data entryinformation. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including FMLA, PFL, DBL, ADA, OSHA, and other HR-related regulations. Track and monitor employee leave and benefits usage, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. System maintenance on all HR platforms Keeping all HR spreadsheets up to date Scanning and filing HR documents Assist in generating HR reports, including turnover, diversity, benefits participation, and other key metrics. Analyze HR data and provide insights to management to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Support HR efforts in fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in related field-business administration or human resource management Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, includingbenefits, and compliance. Experience with federal and state disability laws (PFL, DBL, FMLA) and benefits programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to employees. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
