
Sr. Web Analyst
Location: Remote - Candidates must reside within designated regions across the United States
Description:
The Senior Web Analyst will serve as a key contributor in transforming digital data into actionable business insights. This role requires experience in ecommerce analytics, web tagging, and testing strategies. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making by conducting in-depth analyses, managing A/B testing initiatives, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative role that also values independence and analytical leadership.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in ecommerce-focused digital analytics
3+ years of experience executing and analyzing A/B testing
In-depth knowledge of web analytics platforms and tagging frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including SQL proficiency
Ability to translate complex data into digestible business insights
Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Effective communication and storytelling capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences
Track record of influencing decisions using data-driven recommendations
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with data layers and digital analytics implementation
Experience using A/B testing platforms
Exposure to large-scale data processing environments
Comfort with statistical tools and reporting visualizations
Prior experience delivering training on analytics platforms
Ability to derive conclusions from incomplete or messy datasets

Pay range: $140k-$160k per year
