
HOUSING MANAGER (INSPECTOR)
- You will promote good relations between residents and neighboring communities.
- You will act as point of contact for the Property Manager to ensure good coordination on issues affecting the installation, residence and public-private venture (PPV) partner.
- You will provide resident advocacy, assist with resident issue resolution, and work closely with public-private venture (PPV) partner to solve complex problems.
- You will conduct housing inspections, audits, and management reviews to ensure compliance with housing program requirements as well as Life, Health, and Safety requirements.
- You will use housing related maintenance skills to inspect and identify potential issues.
