Your role in our mission

  • Conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of moderately complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies to ensure that tools are current and functional.
  • Creates application architectures and populates an application host/configuration matrices with appropriate strategies, timelines, and cost information to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinates with application developers, managers and customer application experts to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriates releases to support cross-product features and to communicate architectural designs and standards.
  • Plans technical support infrastructure through the creation of service level agreements; leads the transition from application development to support to ensure that appropriate support is available to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develops demand forecasts with account teams on small to medium sized projects to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
  • Oversees and approves expenditures for accounts in line with established policies and procedures. Monitors and addresses budgetary compliance issues in relation to expenditures.
  • Manages complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations.
  • Identifies and leads service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Oversees and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs. Partners with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.


What we're looking for

  • Nine or more years of Data Conversion Experience.
  • Experience with application architecture and/or product development experience and/or implementation.
  • Experience working with application design principles and product configurations.
  • Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Experience working with software development life cycle and experience with company products and operating systems.
  • Experience of support services, project, or program experience.

  • All US locations may be considered including remote.
  • Remote Opportunity within the United States
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $90,900.00 - $129,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
