Configuration Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Johnston, RI that is seeking a Configuration Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* With guidance, the Configuration Analyst supports team efforts to configure and maintain packaged software applications focusing on narrow areas of the application
* Maintenance may include support of end users in specific business areas or processing,
reconciliation and reporting within a defined area of the system
* Maintains accounts and access settings for assigned areas of packaged software
* Follows defined policies and procedures to set up new accounts, remove accounts or adjust access to support business processes and maintain appropriate system structure and security
* Maintains clear concise and accurate documentation for processes, reports and configurations
* Ensure documentation is kept up to date and in the proper shared, accessible location
* Communicate and work as a team both within information services and across other groups in support of goals and objectives
* Communicate and work as a team both within information services and across other groups in support of goals and objectives
* The Configuration Analyst executes pre-established reports using a variety of applications to assist the team or business area

* Participates in planning, refinement, design and implementation efforts within product teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree with technology classes preferred or equivalent work experience or training
* Experience with Yardi for commercial and corporate property management (or similar vendor, preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
