Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Technical Analyst to join our intel team. We're in search of an Analyst to operate, demonstrating and train on current or prototype intelligence and/or telecommunication equipment under test or in use in field locations in support of mission decision makers.

Salary Range: $168,000 to $240,000

Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Technical Analyst to join our intel team. We're in search of an Analyst to operate, demonstrating and train on current or prototype intelligence and/or telecommunication equipment under test or in use in field locations in support of mission decision makers.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in SIGINT system and subsystem level processes.
- At least seven (7) years' experience with modern digital and optical telecommunication systems and optical telecommunication systems and protocols or experience in designing, developing, and testing of digital communication signals.
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- In depth understanding of modern digital telecommunication systems and equipment, systems collection and processing facilities
- Prior experience in management of collection operations
- Experience maintaining site capabilities including end to end dataflow to identify and resolve collection challenges
- Experience generating and compiling documentation including reports, statistics, and metrics via formal and informal communications
- Proficiency interfacing with a variety of stakeholders and providing clear and informed technical recommendations and demonstrations
- Experience developing and maintaining working relationships among various representatives of the IC (i.e. military services, second and third party customers and vendors)
