Overview:
Supporting a growing real estate team with transaction management, such as: writing offers, creating listing agreements, transaction coordination, and other defined tasks to support the team and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Transaction coordination for buyer, seller, and investor clients (contract to close, including post-close) using provided systems and technology
- Write offers for agents in Virginia, DC, and Maryland based on agent-submitted form, submitted via app
- Write buyer-broker agreements as directed by agents
- Write listing agreements for agents in Virginia, DC, and Maryland as directed by agents on agent-submitted form, submitted via app
- Manage and send a bi-weekly email newsletter to clients
- Client follow up as needed to proactively or reactively manage their transaction
- Work with team event coordinator on team events, including invitations and coordination
- Track inventory of team resources (signs, collateral, marketing items, etc.)
- Track and report team transactions, volume, and production
- Collaboratively work with all team members, support team, and vendors
- Manage pipeline of team deals
- Coordination between vendors that achieve marketing, listing, and development goals
- Other tasks assigned by Team Owner
Requirements:
- Understanding of Virginia, DC, and Maryland real estate contracts
- Understanding of recent changes within real estate industry related to commissions and changed processes
- History of successful transaction coordination
- Knowledge of the dynamics of a real estate agent and a real estate transaction
- Minimum of 2 years working as a transaction coordinator, transaction manager, or equivalent, managing multiple transactions at a time and supporting other agents
- Ability to multi-task and process quickly
