The Position

Our client seeks a dynamic, forward-thinking person to join their San Francisco-based Investment Team. You’ll focus on our U.S. single-family rental business, contributing to investment and portfolio management, strategic acquisitions, and corporate growth initiatives.   • Engage in financial modeling, conduct in-depth research and perform analysis to drive our corporate growth, acquisition and asset/portfolio management efforts.
  • Craft and deliver both internal and external presentations to align and build consensus among key stakeholders.
  • Track market and economic trends, providing insights to inform investment strategies and decisions.
  • Screen, underwrite, and execute acquisitions of strategic portfolio and build-to-rent communities.
  • Collaborate with institutional partners, conduct thorough due diligence, address investor queries and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Participate in strategic corporate expansion and portfolio growth initiatives.
  • Assist in investment level management of the firm's single-family rental portfolio, prepare and review detailed reporting packages, ask critical questions, and develop investment materials / recommendations.
  • Work with various departments to foster strong relationships and contribute to growth initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university (preferably in business, economics, or related field) with exemplary academic performance.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work or internship experience, including investment banking, consulting, corporate finance or real estate investments / asset management.

Compensation

  • This position offers a competitive base salary (listed) along with a significant year-end discretionary target bonus
