We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Insights Marketing Manager in the service industry. The role is located in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, 07071, United States. As a Consumer Insights Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead data analysis and insights across digital platforms, identifying social trends, and improving core KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Establish a data-driven approach to contribute to the overall social strategy, aiming to increase follower growth and engagement.
Analyze overall plans and data sets across owned, paid, and earned media.
Develop tools and solutions for identifying social trends and opportunities in real-time.
Track, monitor, and share weekly and monthly insights to key stakeholders.
Perform data pulls and insightful analyses to support the digital content strategy, collaborating with external partners and utilizing internal tools.
Track and measure the success of content initiatives using analytics programs and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content marketing efforts.
Oversee the implementation of data strategy, ensuring measurement goals are met and KPIs are effectively captured.
Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and technologies to evolve strategies and ensure social media is relevant and engaging.
Develop and deliver effective and persuasive presentations for project teams and business leaders.
Work proactively with all business divisions while driving results, demonstrating critical thinking skills, and maintaining a passion for data.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in Consumer Insights or Marketing role.
Proven expertise in Content Management System (CMS), CRM, and Database management.
Proficiency in using Facebook Insights and Google Ad for campaign planning and execution.
Excellent skills in creating and managing Advertisements and Analytics.
Experience in Blogging and promoting Brand Awareness.
Strong ability in Campaign Planning and execution.
Proficient in data interpretation and deriving actionable insights from complex data sets.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
