The Role

Our Pittsburgh Regional Manager role combines a passion for safe, clean, and well-maintained locations providing motivational leadership, proficiency in selecting and retaining talented employees, experience with vendor relations and exceptional customer service. If you are ambitious and driven, with a history of successfully operating multiple locations, this position might be a perfect fit for you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leads and support a culture focused on safety, customer satisfaction, sales growth and retention that invites feedback and participation
  • Ensuring the safety and happiness of the dogs in our care
  • Accountable for the financial performance and growth of the locations in the market - Driving sales performance, controlling costs and maximize profit margins
  • Routinely and frequently visits to ensure location presentation is in full compliance with company standards, including maintenance and cleanliness
  • Evaluates store operations and develops tactical plans to improve location manager’s overall performance
  • Develops an annual business plan for the district with individual goals/KPI’s for each location focused on building membership base, revenue and controlling expenses
  • Communicate effectively with teams on business goals and monitor their performance in an on-going manner to ensure results are delivered, and sales/metric goals are achieved, inclusive of meaningful recognition and clear accountability
  • Identify trends in business performance across the market, leading to performance opportunities that can be actively shared with your team locally and with the region and corporate partners
  • Identify and solve problems with sustainable solutions that align with the company strategic and tactical plans, policy, and procedures.
