Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our team in a contract role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leave management and associate relations, and will work within a multi-regional or national team.

Hard Skills

  • At least 5 years’ relevant leaves experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum two years of experience in resolving complex associate relations issues
  • Minimum two years of experience managing leaves nationally
  • Completion of specialized certification or training on FMLA/leave administration (a plus)
  • Experience working within a Human Resources team for a multi-regional or national team
